Orders are sent out within 1-3 business days. Any orders not shipped by 3 pm on Friday will be shipped out Monday of the following week. Availability of products is not guaranteed. Once your transaction is complete you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. Orders are processed and shipped from our locations in Laredo,Texas and Los Angeles, California.

Proveer offers FREE domestic shipping via USPS for orders over $100. Transit times listed are estimates once the package is en route and may vary depending on proximity

United States shipping is delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on selected service. Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed next day delivery or second day delivery you will be given the option of making these selections on our check-out page.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchased item, you have within 14 calendar days of the ship date to return your item(s).
All refunds are issued via original payment method; no exceptions.

Free Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
